We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client relationships and secure long-term security contracts. This is a hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building. This position offers a base salary plus commission. Commission details will be discussed during the in-person interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Research and qualify corporate and executive-level leads
Schedule discovery meetings with senior decision-makers
Manage pipeline, activity tracking, and CRM documentation
Meet outreach and performance benchmarks
Represent VCPG professionally in all communications
Provide market and competitive insights
Attend networking events and build referral partnerships

Requirements
2+ years B2B outbound sales or business development experience
Experience selling services (security, staffing, facilities, or similar preferred)
