Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client relationships and secure long-term security contracts. This is a hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building. This position offers a base salary plus commission. Commission details will be discussed during the in-person interview process.

Pay:

$80,000 per year + Commission

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Research and qualify corporate and executive-level leads

  • Schedule discovery meetings with senior decision-makers

  • Manage pipeline, activity tracking, and CRM documentation

  • Meet outreach and performance benchmarks

  • Represent VCPG professionally in all communications

  • Provide market and competitive insights

  • Attend networking events and build referral partnerships

Requirements
