Job Description
Security Agents are required to provide exceptional customer service to all clients, customers, and patrons. An agent must be prepared to operate individually or as part of a small team. All clients, customers, and members of the public must receive excellent service from our agents.
Desired Qualities
● Experience designing and implementing security procedures including threat assessment methods and EP SOPs
● Ability to provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response if need
● Able to adjust and adapt to different environments and personalities
● Able to respond calmly to critical situations
Interview Process
Two-step interview process, first a phone screen to go over the position and experience. The second part would be an in-person interview at our Pleasanton office. Candidates normally hear hear back from us within 2 days of your interview, whether you’re selected or not. You will receive an electronic Non-Disclosure Agreement to sign before your video interview.

Requirements
Possess a valid CA CCW, HR218, or LEOSA
Possess a valid CA Guard Card
Have a valid driver’s license
CPR/First Aid Certificate
Have the legal right to work in the United States
Able to speak, read, and write English
The ambition to be of service and protect others
Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing physical security, surveillance, emergency response, access control, and/or incident management
Aptitude for clear and effective written and verbal directions
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Be physically fit and able to sit and stand for extended periods (8-12 hours)
Maintain composure in working with authorities, executives, clients, staff, a the public in all environmental conditions
