Job Description
This part-time, on-call position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in customer service, event security and venue operations. Weekly shifts are published through a mobile app. You may be assigned or pick up shifts based on scheduling availability. Your posts and duties will be different throughout the week. This position requires travel to different locations, all within the Bay Area. Shifts can include morning, day, night, evening, and swing. For example, you may work a swing shift at one venue and the next day work at a different venue on a morning shift. Shifts change from week to week. Agents usually work in teams of two or more, so camaraderie is a must. Agents must not only have a positive attitude towards the clients but also with their coworkers.. Team coordination and situational awareness are critical. A strong team spirit and proactive communication are essential in these high-energy environments.
Interview Process
Two-step interview process, first a phone screen to go over the position and experience. The second part would be an in-person interview at our Pleasanton office. Candidates normally hear hear back from us within 2 days of your interview, whether you’re selected or not. You will receive an electronic Non-Disclosure Agreement to sign before your video interview.

Requirements
Current/valid BSIS California Guard Card
At least 2 years of customer service, event security, guest services, or crowd
High school diploma or GED
Legal right to work in the United States
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions
Not afraid to ask questions
Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Able to sit or stand for long periods (5–12 hours)
Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
